Training of Trainers(TOT) of Practice Enterprise(PE) Program

We are pleased to offer the Training of Trainers(TOT) of Practice Enterprise Program, recognized in over 40 countries and the EU as a premier continuing education, work experience, and entrepreneurial training initiative.


This course, conducted in Korea as part of the Korea-Indonesia national cooperation project, is designed to benefit aspiring global leaders capable of running PE programs for young people and students.


To promote international exchange and the domestic expansion of the PE program, we are providing an opportunity for two foreign experts residing in Korea to attend free of charge. We invite you to take advantage of this exceptional opportunity and look forward to your participation.

What Participants Do

  • Orientation : Understanding Practice Enterprise concepts and various Practice Enterprise programs 
  • Digital tool training : Master Google Workspace, collaboration tools, and navigate the Practice Enterprises’ ecosystem. 
  • Team building and coaching : Develop skills in fostering effective teamwork and coaching. 
  • Learning communication methods to effectively guide participants.
  • Learn curriculum design, assignment management, and feedback strategies.
  • Program practice : Gain hands-on experience and insights from the trainee’s perspective.
  • Gain proficiency in the program participant evaluation process.

  • International Certificate : Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the training. 
  • Career Development : Gain opportunities to generate economic profits by working as a Practice Enterprise program facilitator and/or KoreaPEN partner.

Program Fee

This program is provided free of charge this time as it is conducted as part of a government project.
