The ECHO Campus program is based on the Practice Enterprise(PE) concept. PE is a trainee-run company that operates like a real business. It mirrors real enterprise or business procedures, products, and services. A Practice Enterprise resembles a real company in its form, organization, and function.
This immersive experience in the PE program not only provides work experiences and valuable entrepreneurial knowledge but also fosters critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and digital competencies.
Target groups in PE programs encompass : #Teens #University students #Young adults and Seniors.
Each PE program is tailored to meet the unique needs of these groups, helping them gain valuable experiences, skills, and build career portfolios. This prepares them for higher education, employment, and starting their businesses and startups.
