ECHO Project

(The ECHO Campus Project promotes collaboration between large and small businesses, enhancing young people's and SME workers' skills for the AI era. It also boosts companies' global branding and sustainable management)

The ECHO Project addresses

the critical need for collaboration between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in today's rapidly changing economic landscape. Small businesses drive local innovation, while larger firms provide the resources and influence needed for broader impact. As the demand for practical experience and AI tools grows among future talent, there is an urgent call for enhanced work experiences for young people, college students, and current employees alike.

Recognizing these dynamics, we propose a win-win Work Experience Project to foster mutually beneficial relationships between large corporations, SMEs, and youth. This initiative aims to create an ecosystem where these entities can coexist and thrive together, while boosting the employment capabilities and international competence of young individuals and career seekers.

Key objectives of the project include

  • Large corporations developing sustainable strategies for win-win cooperation with
  • SMEs and establishing international sustainable management standards. SMEs enhancing brand value both domestically and internationally, securing talent with deep product understanding, and improving project management capabilities for their employees.

For young people and college students, the project focuses on

  • Developing essential skills like planning and storytelling crucial in the AI era.
  • Strengthening employment readiness through hands-on business experience in contracting, delivery, finance, global promotion, personnel management, and project execution.
  • Building a global job experience portfolio, potentially leading to international certification.

Furthermore, the project aims to promote ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) consensus across society by involving young stakeholders from large and small businesses in creating a sustainable future. By offering meaningful work experiences to youth globally, the project contributes to enhancing national brands and fostering international opportunities.
