The ECHO Project addresses
the critical need for collaboration between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in today's rapidly changing economic landscape. Small businesses drive local innovation, while larger firms provide the resources and influence needed for broader impact. As the demand for practical experience and AI tools grows among future talent, there is an urgent call for enhanced work experiences for young people, college students, and current employees alike.
Recognizing these dynamics, we propose a win-win Work Experience Project to foster mutually beneficial relationships between large corporations, SMEs, and youth. This initiative aims to create an ecosystem where these entities can coexist and thrive together, while boosting the employment capabilities and international competence of young individuals and career seekers.
