ECHO Campus is a platform dedicated to self-directed learning, emphasizing learning by doing. Founded on the principle that genuine learning comes from active participation, we incorporate this into all our courses.
The name ECHO symbolizes our core values
Resonance and Impact : Creating a lasting impact through collaboration between large corporations and small to medium-sized enterprises, providing valuable work experience to young people.
Collaboration : Fostering mutual benefits and a feedback loop between business entities and diverse talents.
Amplification : Enhancing the strengths and potentials of both large and small businesses, as well as young and senior professionals.
With an "All teach, all learn" approach, ECHO Campus fosters a dynamic and collaborative learning environment where everyone continuously expands their professional and personal capacities.
ECHO Campus also integrates the Practice Enterprise concept, where trainees run companies like real businesses. Guided by trainers and mentors, they handle product development, storytelling, marketing, sales, finance, and sustainability, managing roles across departments and engaging in business activities with other Practice Enterprises. This hands-on approach in a safe learning environment helps trainees develop key competencies and job readiness. Combining the Practice Enterprise model with the Project ECHO knowledge-sharing approach, ECHO Campus offers a comprehensive, practical, and collaborative learning experience that prepares participants for real-world challenges and opportunities.
