Become a PE Coach
ECHO Campus provides Training of Trainers (TOT) for young and senior professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds, along with teachers and instructors from secondary schools and higher education institutions (HEIs) looking to specialize in Practice Enterprise-based programs such as the Virtual Entrepreneurship Program (PE), Work Experience Program (WEP), and ECHO Projects.
The TOT program consists of a comprehensive two-step curriculum covering theoretical understanding, digital tool acquisition, coaching communication, planning, PE program execution, and trainee evaluation. Upon completing the basic program, participants gain practical competencies through hands-on project experience.
Gradually, TOT program participants earn international certificates: a basic certificate upon completing the 30-hour basic TOT program, and an advanced certificate after accumulating over 100 hours as intern coaches in PE programs and/or projects.
While the basic course incurs a tuition fee, participating as an intern coach in practical training allows participants to earn compensation.
